What is the dispute about?
The transaction itself went smoothly, he said only crypto was available so I was like whatever this is fine. Payment was sent in BTC and took about half an hour to confirm and he provided the account credentials. Upon logging in, first thing I noticed was that the account was BR based, but advertised as a NA account on the post. Now already this is a red flag because Valorant accounts are basically impossible to change regions if you're buying an account since they ask for OGE and basically information that only the original owner would know. Now here comes the fun part. A little later, I received an email from riot that basically says, we discovered your account has been comprimised, the credentials has been reset back to the original one and basically I no longer have access to that account in any form or way.

Discord Logs:
Discord logs shows that he received the payment and the account details were sent to me. There is also a screenshot shown in the logs that it's a BR server account and unfortunately it doesn't show the name and I can't access the account anymore for screenshots. However he admits himself that the country on the account is from BR.
Now this next screenshot shows the email that riot sent to me, and I'll provide a translated version for comparison. And clearly from the fact that they decided to sent an email to me in spanish kinda also proves that the account region is somewhere in the spanish speaking countries.
So unless this guy has access to the email of [email protected], which I doubt he does since the email that it was changed from was rambler.ru, I would say the account was stolen and was recovered pretty much within the same day since the last games played on the account was on 10/12 which means that it was still an active account.
