This 75 rep user has scammed me! Not only did he scam me but he has used STOLEN CREDIT CARDS to sell his product.

January 11 I had purchased a WoW US Vanilla Key and a WoW US TBC Key.

Now, 10 days later, I was removed from the game and received an email stating my account has been closed due to:

Access to the World of Warcraft account [email protected], has been temporarily disabled due to a dispute filed against the account's past payments. This dispute was filed by the bank, credit card company, or financial institution associated with the payment on the account.

As a result of this dispute, funds paid on the account were withdrawn from Blizzard Entertainment in direct violation of the account's terms. This is known as a "chargeback."

The total withdrawn by this chargeback was: $19.99

If your charge is returned to Blizzard Entertainment for any reason, Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access and your Account, as well as terminating this Agreement and all of Blizzard Entertainment's obligations hereunder.



Zdjmathew claims responsibility for this problem however we are unable to agree upon a feasible compensation in my return.

I must provide Blizzard $20, pay for money order fees, I am losing playtime everyday this goes on, and it is taking MY TIME. This is all a TON of hassle that was never agreed upon by me when first purchasing from this member.


I have copies of AIM, Paypal, and Blizzard Correspondance.

I would also like to suggest this user has his permission to sell CDK's or gametime revoked. I know there has been a lot of stolen credit card trouble with members from China in the past.

Please post some Screen Shots Metroid2010 to help the admins see the legitimacy of your claims.

If wowguys sold you a stolen CD key (even if he didn't know due to supplier issues etc) he is definitely required to provide you a refund for the full purchase price. This is why you should provide Screen Shots so a mod/admin can look over them.

As for this, compensation for past playtime wouldn't be able to be reimbursed because you couldn't put a price amount on someones entertainment.

As for the money order fee that is something an admin would have to decide. If I was an admin I would probably say the money order fee + tracking (if you wish to add that) would be your responsibility after getting a refund.

I think a refund is fine. Then the additional cost (fee, gap...) you may share or so.

Resellers may be victim of supplier. As long as resellers want to solve the issue, it's fine I guess. a guy with 81+ feedback is trustworthy
