I bought a warlock from Oh_Man in late march early April.
I bought it for 150 USD via Western Union.
I re-sold it afterwards and everything was perfectly fine.
I get an email from paypal 2 weeks ago saying that the buyer has initiated a Dispute.
I'm unable to contact him (my Buyer) and the first thing that I do is Un-Link my bank and Close my paypal as I assume that I was being scammed. I call my bank and inquire into what kind of protection I can put onto my bank account so that paypal cannot reach in and withdraw the chargeback value..
He contacts me when he gets home 2 days later and he says that while he was in the Philippines on a tour of duty, his wife saw someone playing the lock on their server, she questioned him. He said that the account was stolen from him..
So I talk to Oh_Man, Aim - t1213467
It's difficult to get in contact with him, he works full time and it's fully understandable. I explain to him the situation, with some arguing and etc etc. I call blizz and recall the lock, it was removed from the BNET so the nice lady re-merged it and changed the info back to what it was. I log onto the BNET and check the account, the Lock has been xfer'd off. I inform Oh_Man and notify him that I'm filling out an unauthorized xfer form. A couple of days later I get an email saying they were unable to reverse it and the account was then locked.
Out of all of this, Tyler Sager said the would refund me what I paid for it or give to me an account of equal gear / value.
I told this to Richard, the man I sold the lock too and he agreed that if I gave him the $150 (Which was less than he paid for it) and an alt account I had (60 UD Rogue WOTLK Enabled) He would drop the dispute, or If I could provide an equally geared horde Warlock.
I didn't bother Tyler for a couple of days as he requested. He Im'd me one day saying that he's acquired over $50 dollars that he can send to me in a partial payment.
He then Im'd me while I was away. I received it when I logged in. He had an account sitting around he offered to me. It had substantially inferior gear to the warlock. But I thought I'd ask Richard if he would be interested anyway
I offered it to Richard, the man I sold the Lock too. He refused it as he only wants Horde

Today is the 30th, six, almost 7 days after he said it would take a couple of days. Oh_Man is a cool guy, we make friendly small talk about the game and life and I'm almost positive he has no intentions of not paying me back but I really need the money soon and I'm just going on what he said. I want to be able to re-open my paypal after Richard drops the dispute. I have acquired a Government Photo ID to be able to get TWV. I will be able to throw Oh_Man a positive and continue using md Legitimately.

Tyler (Oh_Man) Is as legit as they come and our transacton prior to this fiasco has been flawless. He even gave me FULL info and a PHOTO ID to the lock account PRIOR to me sending him the WU PAYMENT.
