Well, it has been 4-5 days and this guy has not been online and has not proved that he is the OO of the character that he sold me.

Because I cannot get in contact with him, I have no choice but to recall my funds. Also, per the first set of lies, I have no interest in future business with this user.

I will be more than happy to give this gentlemen the account back when he gets back in contact with me.

1) I did put the character on a new account and did transfer it to a new server. I do this with all new characters to protect the security of myself and the character.
2) I know that I am not giving him back the character the way I got it, but I can only do so much after I am lied to.

I have attempted to contact Knucklehead for the past few days. I talked to him a while ago and it was mainly a misunderstanding on my part. I attempted to correct my mistake and since doing so I haven't received a response from him. It seems to me he is ignoring me, but he could just be really busy. I do know he has been online and actively posting since I have tried to contact him. If anyone talks to him tell him to contact me. Here are just a few attempts I have made to resolve this matter;



 
I supplied all information he required on the 17th and he has apparently disappeared. I have attempted to contact him many many times and haven't heard back from him. He has and is currently browsing the forums. If he doesn't respond within the end of the week I will be forced to recall my account and post a formal thread on the scamming section of the forums. I'm currently out my money as well as my account. I have been very busy with work as of late, hence the reason that I have not had a chance to sit down and figure out this [censored] with you.

Anyways, the character that you sold me was recalled two days after I talked with you on AIM about getting me the Original Owners ID.

So, I am guessing you can understand why I do not have the slightest inclination to speak with you about the matter.

I got my money back, you have your account back. I am trying to see where the scam is here.

If you did not recall the account, then the fact is that you are lying that you are the Original Owner of the CHARACTER.

For almost 2-3 weeks I have been waiting for the ID. You said that you have attempted to find a scanner for about a week now and NONE of the librarys have one. Ever heard of Kinkos or another copy store.

Fact is, everything is right where it should be.

If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to send me a PM on the forums and I will respond ASAP.
 
Oh and BTW, the deal with the shaman was this:

I would give you the money back if you would provide me with the Original Owners ID.

Since you could not provide that, I kept the reversal funds and you recalled your account.

Knuckle, You did what any legit person would have done, He obviously lied about being the OO, not only is the I CANTZ FINDZ SCANNERZ bullcrap, He said hes going to college.. Your telling me, Not one of his friends has a phone that can take pictures? Bout every college kid has a phone, and majority of phones have cameras. You did the right thing

He did say that took a picture with his phone but that you could not make it out.

So yeah...

But, that was after I badgered him about the ID after about 12 days of waiting around.

OH OH OH!

And another thing, the name on the WoW account did not match the name on the Paypal account. Me thinking that someone fails at lying!
 
This is just a case of someone with a fairly good reputation taking advantage of someone without any reputation. Obviously people would believe him over me which is why I have to explain everything and show proof rather than you guys just taking my word for it.

My Shaman was sold by Knucklehead to Adidasccr12 for an undisclosed amount. You can see the feedback Knucklehead provided for the transaction here.

I then proceeded to contact Adidasccr12 about the issue and here is what I found out.







I received that finally message from him today and he clearly states he has full access to my Shaman. So obviously I never took the account back so I have no idea why Knucklehead recalled his money.

Here is a short conversation I had with Knucklehead on AIM. I like how he said he never sold the account and then later said he had traded it away.
 
Very easy to short through:

1) Bought the Shaman from Chedda.
2) 12 days after this post was made and my chargeback was filed, did he get back in contact with me. He was supposed to show proof that he was the OO by e-mailing me a copy of his Drivers License. He has NEVER EVER EVER shown proof that he is the OO which he lied about in the first post. Anything past that fact completely discredits him.
3) Account was recalled after I spoke with Chedda about getting me the ID.
4) Then I traded it to Adida.
5) Spoke with Chedda the next day and told him to recall the Shaman if he was not going to provide ID for the account. I did not have the information for the Shaman at the time of our discussion, so I could just "give it back".
6) Shaman was never recalled, so I figured that some "other" arrangement was come to, that did not involve me.

Case and point, this guy is trying to put together a story that I scammed him, when the truth is that he scammed me from the very start.

For the rest of you, the shaman was recalled during the time that I was waiting for the ID. I called in to get it back because during that time I had not heard from Chedda. Since he said he was the OO, there is really only 1 person that it could be.

After I called to get it back, I waited about 2 weeks to see if anything else would happen. At that point, Chedda got in contact with and we discussed me getting the ID. <span style="font-weight: bold">PLEASE NOTE: I did recall payment AND said that I would KEEP the money until such a time that I received the ID.</span> Because I was getting the ID with the next couple of days, I decided to trade the account away for a really nicely geared hunter.

The ID was never provided.

I told Chedda serveral days later that the account was gone and that I was in no position to get it back. I told him that all he had to do was provide the ID for the account and he would get the money back.

That explain everything well enough for everyone?
 
I had not placed to get my money back as of that time. The shaman was recalled around the 8-9th. It was the MAIN reason I made this post since I could not get in contact with Chedda.

The recall of the funds was done on the 15th of Sept. It posted to Paypal on the 17th of Sept.

He had two weeks to get me the ID and never did.
 
Anyways, I just offered Chedda another WoW account that was significantly worth more than $250.

He decline to accept it.

So, I have tried to fix the error and reimburse him since I cannot do it in cash.

If that still makes this moronic ordeal a scam on my end, then I give up and I bid this all good riddance.

First off I never recalled the account in the first place. If I had I would have done it and moved on. I wouldn't be sitting here arguing over this matter.

If fact you didn't even start replying to my private messages about this whole situation until the 17th, the day after you started the thread selling the account.

I would love to see where you told me you were trading the account and it was gone. You did this behind my back and never told me that in the first place. If you can supply proof that you actually told me this that would satisfy me enough to drop this matter. Either way you still ended up with my account and you kept your money...

Yeah he did try and compensate and what I told him was that I no longer play World of Warcraft. I also don't want to go through the hassle of selling another account after all this [censored]. If you want to make it right Knucklehead sell the account for more than $250 and give me $250 and you can pocket the rest. You would still end up on top. Not to mention my Shaman was worth closer to $700 you got a hell of a deal for $250.

G T F out of here, And as for logs about a weekago i know Knuckles PC blue screened, I have know shane for awhile and he's not a scammer,

Why didnt you recall the Shaman since your the OO after Knuckle recalled his Funds due to you not being able to provide a Photo ID?

I sent him various messages on MD and he never replied. I wanted to sort it out if it was just a misunderstanding, but he disappeared during this apparent blue screen that I only just found out about from you not even him. He told me he was very busy which he why he never responded.

He has switched his story around multiple times, he ended up with his money back as well as my account. I have neither and yet I am the scammer...?
 
Mordred69, friend or not what he did was wrong and is considering scamming. He resold <span style="font-weight: bold">my</span> account and recalled his money. I'm done talking about this subject I have nothing more to add. I hope an moderator gives his input soon to resolve this matter.

I contacted him on Markee Dragon via private messages this is when he went MIA or apparently blue screened which I just heard about from you. It could have been a misunderstanding why he recalled his money so before I recalled my account I wanted to talk to him. By the time he finally got back to me he had already sold my account.

Because my brothers paypal account is verified and mine isn't... Regardless it doesn't matter because he sold my account before he even recalled his money on paypal. So even if I recalled my account at the exact moment he recalled his money it would have been in Adidasccr12 possession by that point.

Knucklehead has lied and changed his side of the story more than enough times to prove he is lying. Its ludicrous to continue to talk about this. I have shown time and time again that he scammed the hell outta me.

Since you couldnt do that with more than enough time he recalled his funds and you would recall your shaman and Adidasccr12 would get his Toon back...

And since it was your Brothers PP as you just Stated then the Last names would atleast match..

Guess what? the last names dont even match, So either he's your Step brother, or you lied again.

Here are the logs showing that I recalled the funds and then TOLD HIM how to get the funds back. He said he would provide the ID in 1 day. I gave him a bit of cushion because he could not "find a scanner on campus". The ID never arrived.

Why would someone recall his funds and continue to sell an account that isn't even his. Take a moment and think that scenario over. If he assumed I would present the ID why would he take his money back? Anyways I am going to go to dinner now and will be back in about 2 hours for some more laughs.

PS! Why didnt you go to kinkos the first time? why take so long avoiding giving him the ID if your the OO?

What the hell are you talking about he never told me why he recalled his money. I contacted him on Markee Dragon via private messages this is when he went MIA or apparently blue screened which I just heard about from you. It could have been a misunderstanding why he recalled his money so before I recalled my account I wanted to talk to him. By the time he finally got back to me he had already sold my account.</div></div>

I never denied anything that is stated above. So basically if I run to kinkos after I eat, scan my drivers license, some how upload it the the internet and give you a copy you will give me back the $250?</div></div>

He says that I never told him why I recalled the funds and then he says that he never denies that I told him to recall the funds.
