To sum it up; I purchased an account from Levalon (MD Name) TjAndJessPlus1 (AIM Name). A month after playing it, and just putting time on it, the account gets recalled. I try and contact him, and get a load of [censored], that is listed in the original thread.
In this thread, I have screenshots containing all the proof I need, to have him banned, which I hope will happen if I don't recieve my money THIS WEEK.

This is the continued part on this guy. I've had enough of the BS excuses, as I see he is still buying and selling on MD.
Here is a screen shot of a convo I had with, I assume his GF, about him lieing to me about he was the Original Owner of the account.

So, you basically see him admitting he told me a bunch of [censored] lies, to try and cover up his little scam..
I don't have this SS'd, but he told me he would be recieving a check on the 24th of this month (November '06). Well guess what! Nothing. This was after he told me all the lies, so about a month ago.
About 3 weeks ago, he had the rogue back again, and retraded it to a guy..

Of course, I let the guy who had new ownership of the rogue know [censored] was going on, and to get the rogue transferred as fast as he could. Funny thing is, this past week, the rogue account had somthing else happen to it. I'm not sure exactly what, all I heard was it was recalled again!
Anyways, About 2 weeks ago, he told me he contacted his job and would be recieving a check in the mail within that week. Of course nothing came..
I did a little searching on MD, and saw that he had quite a few new threads up wanting to buy a character (alliance xferrable). I confronted him, and he said it was his best bud using his MD to try and get an account.. Against the rules? I'm sure it is..
Last picture, is of a small convo I had with him today, November 26th. At the top, it has me asking about the rogue account, wondering what happened to it again, because like I stated earlier, I was told by HIM, that the Original owner recalled it again.. then of course the usual bs.

That's it so far. I'm sick and tired of this crap that I keep getting from him, and decided to post all of this. If I am refunded within the next week, I will remove his negative, and this thread (if i'm able to).
If this is enough proof to ban him, go ahead.
(I have put URL's to the pictures above the pictures, incase they don't work. I composed this in Wordpad, before hand.)

In case anyone is wondering, the rogues name is "Pinkfuz" - He is currently on Kul'Tiras. Gnome rogue.
I won't post account information, because I'm not going to screw the new owner out of it.. I'm sure he'll be screwed soon enough.
