About 1/2 a Week Ago I saw his thread located here: HERE.
So I posted in his thread and purchased a key. We traded all is well until he says the key does not work(Retarded of me). So I contaced whoever sold me the key and they said they would look into it. However!
After 1/2 a week or so of emailing back and forth they finally emailed me back with PROOF of the key being used and it working. They said this:</span>

Thanks to the screenshot you have provided us with we could make sure
all the digits
of the code were entered by you correctly.
That is why we have contacted game technical support on the subject of
the code validity and learnt from them that
the card was used right after it was sent to you.
Thus, most probably, you have successfully activated the code and prolonged
the time on your game account but couldn't see that at once just due
to some technical system bugs.
Please check your account status once again.

<span style="font-size: 14pt">As noted in the article they show that the key was used after I purchased it. Well the only one who had seen the key was EKGTech777/Silvio777.
Along with this assumption I have these points to call him a scammer:
<ul style="list-style-type: disc">[*]He has yet to be on for multiple days on AIM.[*]I contacted him on Myspace(<3 Google) and told him to contact me on another account. Just so he does not know who I am for fear that he will just not respond.[/list]

<span style="color: #FF6600">I know it sounds fishy that I do not have the logs but I have recently wiped my computer and have yet to redownload AIM and used AIM Express.
Fool Me Once Shame on You, Fool Me Twice Shame on Me.
And I am looking at bringing this guy to his knees.
