Shawn sold me an account on 2/14/2010. It was a pretty well put together rogue. It was purchased for my own use and not for resale. On 2/22/2010, I contacted Shawn to let me know that I could not log access the WoW account or the gmail account associated with the account that he had given me. Turns out that the gmail account was never changed from the previous owner (which was Twerk [his MD/MB username]).
The thing with Twerk was really not my problem and Twerk ended up getting banned. Since the account was recalled on me, I was out $300. I was told I would be paid back, but it 8/1/2010 and I am quite tired of being lenient. I know that he has been going through some things but he has sold close to 10+ accounts in the past 5-6 months. I know how he does his purchases as well, so he has to have some money in hand in order to be putting these characters up.

Conversation for a reimbursement at which time I did not have the money to make the deal nor the inclination to do it given the previous recall and the timeline for getting things resolved (3/11/2010):
I have logs for each month after the recall asking for the status on a refund. The reason I am bringing this to the forefront now is because I have noticed him having about 3-4 account sales up in the past month.
