What is the dispute about? Ellinia MapleStory private server currency

Approximate value of property: $80 USD
Was a middleman used? No
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Two months after I successfully delivered the Ellinia MapleStory private currency he ordered within 10 minutes of his sending the payment, he filed a chargeback for "Goods not received". His rationale for the dispute was "Game service has shutdown", which is completely irrelevant since I'm not associated with any of the staff of the Ellinia MapleStory private server, and because he received the goods successfully.
Other details / notes: I sent an email to him asking him to provide evidence that the goods had not been delivered successfully. If they had not been successfully delivered, I was going to offer him a full refund and/or currency on another MapleStory private server so I wouldn't have to dig through months of Skype logs and transaction logs. He did not provide any evidence; in fact he admits he chargedback all Ellinia transactions regardless of their state (which counts as mass fraud) and that he is at fault in this transaction.
I generously offered to give him a free high level account on another MapleStory private server so that I wouldn't have to spend time searching for evidence and composing disputes. However, despite him being at fault since he initiated the chargeback for goods he already received, he declined my offer and then proceeded to attempt to extort me for a copy of Overwatch in exchange for closing the dispute.
