- Item level 470+ on these classes: gunbreaker / dragoon / monk / samurai / Machinist / Summoner / Red mage
- Omnicrafter/highly invested on DoL and DoH.
- gil for glamours or account owns good glamours already
- MUST BE TRANSFERABLE TO EUROPE REGION
