Leaving a feedback should be made more obvious

Hello,
I have a problem with my costumers, most of them dont leave a feedback because they either dont know where it is, or they are too lazy to follow the whole procedure. Talking about casual users. I've done more than 200 trans. here on EpicNPC, yet i only got 26feedbacks.
There should be a button "leave a feedback" that leaves both a comment and a green feedback (or red), that way costumers dont have to write both a post and look for the thread url, then submit it to the itrader etcetc..
What do you think?
Im sure a lot of vendors can relate to me that casual costumers usually dont leave a feedback because it's simply too time taking (2-3mins a costumer is not willing to spend)

I think there is a link you can post in thread for feedback. then just change the text to show "click here to leave me feedback

But other then that you cannot make it more simplified. People will still use feedback to message someone or still will not be able to find it.
 
Give them feedback and tell them to use the link they get in the PM.

Or give them a direct link to give feedback.
 
At the top of all your threads, we already have a "Submit Feedback" button.

This button appears for all members, except the owner of the thread, so you won't see it in your own threads. The logic being that you can't give yourself feedback, so why display the button.

So it should be very easy for your buyers to find the feedback button. However in order to give feedback, they have to verify a phone number. This is required to prevent fake feedback.

Phone verification is free, but maybe it's too much work for many buyers to do.

Unfortunately we will not be removing this requirement, however in the future maybe we'll add some sort of incentive to get more members to do it.

We need to figure our what type of incentive would get more buyers to verify a phone number to give feedback. If you have any ideas, feel free to suggest some.

I'd suggest giving X amount of credits for changing name color etc (like 6credits every 5feedbacks) so that on 40 positive feedbacks they can buy something fancy for their profiles, that kind of stuff
 
Since credits can be transferred for free between members, it can lead to abuse if we start to offer free credits for certain activities. That's not something we want to start dealing with.

Is there like a general feedback link for a person, My buyers often send feedback to wrong thread
 
If they click the button from your thread, the URL is entered automatically.

If someone is viewing your profile page, in the feedback area, they can click "view complete feedback". From that page, on the right side, they can click "Submit Feedback" to give you feedback directly. However they still need the URL, so they'll have to find the URL anyway.

It's just easier to give the user your thread URL and tell them to click that button from there.
