Hi I recently brought an account on here from kizlow

This very account spoke to him on line app paid the money but he gave me the wrong account details and when I went to speak to him about it he ignored me so realising I was scammed I emailed him to see if he still had the account and both sets of pictures he sent me on line and email was the exact same ones showing that he's a scammer if you need anything feel free to message me

my paypal was banned and im trying access but i cant send refund, i called paypal and their told me you can send dispute and get a refund..
now your money its with paypal not with me
