What is the dispute about? Refusing to give me either a refund, or account information that I have already paid for.
Other details / notes:So a little backstory. I tried purchasing the account from him a night before. I sent the payment through paypal as friends and family however since he is overseas the payment was on hold on HIS end. However on my end the transaction was completed. He didnt like that it was on hold I guess and i asked to refund me the money which he did. The next day we try again hoping it will go through instantly. I once again sent the payment as friends and family however, once again, the money was put on hold on his end and completed on my end. I then asked him since the money was on hold if I could play the account WITHOUT giving me the original email so in the end he still has control over the account, and I could just play on it till money goes through the hold. After about an hour he finally agrees and gives me the account info. About 5 minutes later the password changes. *surprise*. I contacted him immediately and starts accusing ME of changing the password even though im pretty sure it is impossible without the original email. I tell him its very easy to change the pass if you have the original email and just by luck he is locked out of his own gmail account. At this point it was 7 AM and I told him I was going to bed. I clearly state that in the morning I better have A.) a full refund on the purchase, or B.) Account details. I wake up and around 1pm and PM him, some time goes by and no response. He finally DMs me back saying "call me" which I do, and no answer. He comes back to discord for about 2 seconds, dms me, then just afks. And now we are here.
