Known Scammer Left Negative Feedback

The user uplifting has left me a negative feedback for commenting on his Pokemon Go thread that he is a known scammer. His advertised Skype matches that of this user https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1015413-Awesome-Level-40?highlight=johny.aswe1 among others.

I reported the feedback but I also knew this section of the forums existed so I wasn't entirely sure which method of report is recommended.
