Hello. I hope you guys are doing great. I want to report a chargeback scam with the amount of $195 USD. Done by Josue#7777 on Discord.

He bought a $195 Valorant account on 15th April, 2022. We deal on the account, he sent the payment, I gave him the detials of the account. He later then didnt realize that the account is Asia/Oce. I have made it clear on my post that the account is Asia/Oce, first thing on the thread with a bold, red colored font, even listed it on one. Later he wanted a refundment in which it cannot be done since he already changed all the details of the account he bought. He then asked me where he could resell the account, i gave him my advice and havent heard from him since then. Today I woke up with a -$195 USD Balance on my paypal. Turns out he chargedback the money he sent me, no explanation whatsoever and i didnt get my account back. No messages at all. I think I have delivered the account and did my job correctly as per description without any mistakes. It's already been hours since he charged back the money, his discord even went online, away, offline and online again a couple of times but still, i dont have any responses at all. This case is kind of a big deal for me because it made my remaining balances on Paypal instantly taken by Paypal and have to pay something that requires monthly money. So, I lost the account, and balances I have on Paypal.

I have already made a report on Off-site Scammer since i thought the person doesn't have any EpicNPC account. But it turns out, he/she has one when a middleman moderator mercurial003 told me to open a dispute because the Paypal email he used is registered with an EpicNPC account.

I've also explained the case to Paypal with proof and everything, that the person got their goods as per description without any issue at all. Hopefully Paypal will resolve this and win the case for me.

Update: He unfriended my Discord. The person's EpicNPC account was also Online after a couple of minutes after I post this thread.

Didn't mean to refund your purchase, I was scammed on Paypal from another purchase. The case has already been closed. And yes I'm trying to resell the account because I literally can't use it since it's an AP account.
 
Had the same experience with this user. He advertised the account as originally owned, and since his invoice address is located in the US (Florida), I assumed that the account would be in the NA region, not in Tokyo. After asking for a refund, the user immediately unfriended me and blocked me, preventing me from sending any further friend requests or messages. Currently in the process of disputing with PayPal.

And in the messages you can see you literally say ''You can just resell the account''.

No It doesn't. Paypal still took my $100 Balance, and I still have -$90 balance. I dont mind if you want to resell it or not. Just get me my money back.

Here's a couple of things I'd like to point out:

The transaction I made with you was $195 USD, the screenshot you gave me showing that it's closed is $355 USD. That is not our transaction
The paypal chargeback dispute came on 19th April, 2022 on 1.12 AM, that's 6 hours ago. On the screenshot you posted, it's clearly written 18th April, 2022. So obviously that's not our transaction.

I have also recorded and uploaded a record of my Dekstop to show you that Paypal is still opening the case, so your claim that it's closed is not valid. I uploaded the video on Google Drive since I can't attach video here.

So it would be great if you could at least give an apology both to me and @dissipate. And also a gesture of helping this out like explaining to Paypal that you didnt mean to do a chargeback, or somehow cancel it would help a lot. It will save all of our time. There's still chances and time to make things right for every party involved.

Are you retarded? I told you that I did a chargeback on my account for a scammer who never gave me what I paid for. Your transaction was added in by accident.
 
@epicninjanpc17 are you going to resolve this and pay what you chargeback?
