What is the dispute about?
I asked seller for the price. He said 110 euros. From then on he kept on adding various fees that I thought were extremely suspicious. 30 euro for "giving the ownership to me", 40 euro for "changing email and IP", and finally, 50 euro to buy a guide for "keeping the account unbanned". I asked, and he said that if I didn't agree to pay this 50 euro fee he would do his best to get the account banned. At this point I refused to pay and asked for a refund. He went offline on discord, and I believe there is little to no chance at all that he would even consider refunding, since the whole thing is a scam.
Other details / notes:
At various points I asked him for information or proof, and he was always very shifty and often chose not to answer the questions. I know that I'm not getting my money back, but I just wanted to expose this scam and hopefully stop him from scamming others, since it seems that he very recently began posting many accounts on this forum.

I have no idea how to locate the email address of the seller in the trasnactions page but if someone can tell me I can upload. But safe to say he received the payments since he proceeded with the next step of his scam after I sent.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
