Is this a good way to set up an account sell?

im wondering if there are any flaws in selling a wow account this way

so, i contact the buyer who wants my account and ask to call him over phone, not just talk on AIM or something.
Know his price and everything and payment method.
Give him the password and login to my account to see if everything is okay on the account.
Because if he changes the password i can just secret question and set everything to normal.
And once he pays me, i give him the secret question, and set it to his email.

that all sound good?

You shouldn't allow anyone on the account until the payment has been made. Sure, you can do a password recovery on the account if they try to steal it, but you may have a naked or deleted character when you get the account back.

Show the buyer your character in-game. If the buyer does not have a World of Warcraft account to make an alt on, take a few screenshots of the character in-game with the buyer/seller screen names typed out in /say. Take screenshots of the account management page and character transfer page as well.

Phone conversations are always a good idea as well.

If you're selling an account that you are the original owner of and have the original cd's to, ship them with the sale. This way, you'll have a tracking number to provide paypal with(in case of a dispute), and the buyer will have the original cd's/cdkey.
