1. yes you can deactivate it, and the idv account still there, you can still play it like usual. only can't login using dmm anymore
2. the dmm will still bind to your idv (you can see it in bind account on idv, the dmm still there) but as i said before, it cannot be use anymore.
3. deactivate dmm can be remove too (there is dmm remover in discord server) but can't reactivate (unless you send email to dmm but its so hard i guess)
4. deactive dmm didn't kick all leech/player in your account, unless you use dmm remover that include with leech kickers
