Is there a free email provider that does NOT have recovery options?

If there is, requiring it would make account trading so much safer.

Not that I know of. I'm not sure why anyone would create a email service where the accounts could never be recovered. It might be good for selling accounts, but as a real email, I don't think anyone would want to use a provider like that.

Yeah I guess not, I was thinking maybe there was such a bare bones email service that recovery options weren't a thing.
