Is it not possible to use trade guardian if someone just buys credits?

So a buyer wanted to buy a reddit account from me, but he wanted to pay using paypal, I can't accept paypal directly, so I told him to buy credits using paypal and give those credits to me. And then when I tried to accept that trade guardian request, it's showing "I'm sorry, the buyer recently purchased credits. They can't be use our Credit Escrow system for 9.6 days."
How to solve this now? I didn't know this that one can't use credits before 10 days!

Yes, due to abuse of Paypal accounts, some being hacked, we had to add a 10 day cool-down timer for people who purchase credits and want to trade them immediately.
