I wasn't able to replicate the error. When I try, it works for me.

Please make sure the username, password and PIN are all correct.

When you get the PIN, do not use it on the *** website. Use the PIN on our Import page.

I still can't import feedback from *** ;(

already try reset my password and it failed again with same message.
I input username(email), email, and PIN from email.

Are you using any of the social login options? FB, Twitter or G+ for your *** account?

1) Open *** with a new IP address (Incognito mode in chrome)
2) log into your account
3) Security email is sent
4) On Epicnpc use import tool
5) Enter username (email) password and PIN code from the email

If you're copy/pasting any of the info, make sure there's no blank space at the end.

I don't really have any other suggestions than this and we can't fully trouble shoot this issue since we can't replicate the problem.

I'm not using any social login option, already try your instruction and still can't import feedback
I tried to reset my password, use different browser, use mobile phone, but still unable to import my feedback
I think I need to give up to import my feedback now

Keeps saying this for me:

My phone however is verified and I'm fairly sure my account is activated aswell. If importing feedback from Sythe.org isn't possible then I'd appreciate that being added aswell.

EDIT: I assume there's no reason for you to grant me some other kind of verified rank if I was able to proof ownership of my Sythe account? Just feels bad that because of the decisions of our website owner we're unable to fancy up our profile a bit here without the need to throw money at it.

Correct, but there's fee high enough if it allows you to import feedback. It's an incredibly great idea, but it just saddens me that us Sythe.org high profilers are left with an disadvantage here.

Sythe doesn't have a feedback system, so there's no way to import feedback. They have feedback threads, but our import system only imports the score totals. Positive, Neutral, Negative, not the comments.

I don't understand why they never added a feedback system since they're a marketplace, but until they do, there's no way for us to import feedback scores.
