Hello everyone, @doom already answered my concerns in the most clear and useful way, i accept his decision as he's just following the rules, so thank you again Doom. @EpicNPC can you please explain me why i deserve a Neutral Rating for a deal in which i fullfilled my duties?

As you can see the feedback is "no boost for 2days, promtly refunded", how is that a neutral feedback?

-He ordered from us
-I clearly stated and ToS state that boosts can take up to 48hours (check on ezboosts.com)
-Tos state that refunds can take up to a week, a minium of 3days
He ordered after it was very clear the boost being in a particular time (season start) would take a little extra time, as we were flooded by orders. As you can imagine the most played game in the world League of legensd, has a pretty big userbase, during the season start the player base is estemateed to be 1.5x it's normal size, decreasing slowly and then reincreasing when the season ends.
Now, considering he ordered during the season start the boost makes sense to be started 2days after placing the order (actually 1day, it was the 2nd day when i refunded him), we followed our ToS and went beyond by refunding him the very next day. so earlier than our ToS state.
How is it that he bought a boost, he got PROMTLY REFUNDED (he said that himself) and i kept him updated as soon as any news came, during a time where we n naturally have a lot of orders deserve to ruin 100% positive feedback rateo?
I know it shows 100% on the thread title, but its not a real 100% and i dont understand why. I accept the rules, but he got refunded right away and costumer support was on point, it was a totally not-deserved Neutral Feedback because when ordering he was aware of the situation and decided to order anyway, and even then i did more than im accountable for by refund him the next day.
Now, i know it sounds like im crying over 1 single feedback, but i've done hundreds of deals and just a few left a feedback, and the one i get is a neutral after i've literally done more than i should have according to our rules?
Please explain this, cause its non-sense, he was aware of the situation and decided to go through, it's a normal situation that happens often 1 day every 12months because the season starts/ends, now for 1day i deserve a permanent neutral feedback?
