I want me alts back but not the character i sold on 1 account

Hello I thought I was going to quit Warcraft, so I gave my account to (debeer190) for 145(it was 150 but i believe paypal took money off from fee). I only showed him the armory of the DK because it was the most geared with full 25man naxx/valor badge geared. I know that most 80s on this site are worth 190 or more and yet I sold my DK for 145 because I thought I wouldnt play it anymore. The account had 2600+ gold on it also.

What I want to do, is bring all my characters onto a new account and allow him to keep the DK which he paid for. I included an 80 mage, 72 paladin, 58 shaman and other low level characters. I would offer him money to pay for the transfers to the new account(which has the same name since im OO). Additionally, he could pay me for the 80 mage and 72 paladin.

The issue:
I have armoried the 80 mage, 80 paladin(he power leveled and xfered it to a different realm) and the 58 shaman. I see he barley did anything with the mage or shaman but he did something with the paladin. I would like to pay him 75 for transferring them to my new account, also a reasonable amount for leveling my paladin to 80(only 8 levels).

I havent talked to him yet because he hasnt logged onto aim. Also he bought the account about a month ago.

If he says, no you cant recall as that aint right + would be a scam as he paid for the account, not just the one character.

Message him and see what he will work out with you.
 
ok well if you want to put everything into simple terms, couldnt i just get a refund for the exact price that he paid me for it? it was only 1 month.

simple as that.
 
Absolutely not unless he agrees to do a tradeback transaction with you. Think about it this way. What if you bought a really nice car from a salesman and you got it for a discount price because the salesman didn't think the car would actually sell. Now another guy comes and not realizing the cars gone offers double the price you payed for. Is it now your responsibility to sell the car back to the salesman because he found a better deal?
 
i dont know what you are talking about and that is a horrible analogy. theres only two people in this situation, a buyer and a seller, and im offering him to keep the character that he actually bought and im requesting to have the alts that i gave with the account since i thought id never play again. you may be implying that i want to take the account back, sell it to someone else for a better price, while in reality i just want to play wow again because they just added a new feature (uludar). heres an analogy that actually works:

i want to quit playing xbox and my friend would buy it from me. i give it to him for 40 dollars which is a really low price because i dont really care. it is better than it just sitting there doing nothing right? so i gave him my xbox, but then i gave him my games too because i wouldnt come back to playing xbox. now i have an xbox again and want to take back the games that i let him have for free.

as a capitalist that i know debeer190 is, of course he will say no, but i don't want to call blizzard and request them give my account back because he paid 150(low price) for one character that came with my alts. i am letting him have the main character that i specifically showed him the armory to. i just want the characters that came free.
 
Ok, But you must remember you sold him the character, WITH the account, why didn't you go and transfer the character off the account on to a new 1 then sell him that account? in this case it looks like you made a mistake and i tottaly understand where your coming from, but mistakes happen and sometimes you pay the price ><!

well i would have xfered them to a new acct and sold them for another 150 for the mage and maybe 100 for the paladin on a different account but just wanted to quit wow quickly. i didnt xfer my low alts because thats waste of money also.

debeer190 hasnt logged in since the 17th on aim i think so i dont know what i should do
 
Well, don't go recalling the account from him before you talk to him. He might be willing to transfer, he might not. But as has been stated multiple times to you, you no longer have any right to those characters at all. You sold the entire account, it's your fault you didn't transfer them off before.
 
well i would like to say that trading/selling accounts isnt the most honest business either since you guys are talking about morals and the rules of business and deals. many of you agreed to a TOS by blizzard not to sell/trade accounts, and yet here you are. talk about "a deals a deal." also i never really owned the account since blizzard owns all of it, and really only sold "the time it took to give him the information" as usual auctions go for websites like ebay or craigs list. this is just a request from 1 legit seller to 1 legit buyer, and i more than likely know that he will say no.


im not a scammer and if i were, i would have already recalled the account info and wouldnt have considered allowing him to even keep the dk. it was more like a gift to let him have all of the characters instead of just a dk since characters on this website go for 150 just alone. i believe that he doesnt sell accounts and only buys, but most legit sellers sell their account for 2 or 3 times as much as they are worth and what they originally bought them for.

hopefully he will understand and give my alts to me if he ever logs on or reads email. im definitely considering recalling if he declines though and giving back his paypal money. the reason i dont just recall now and xfer my charaters is because i would consider a deal of some sort, but actions will take place referring to the alts on the account.

Id also like to state, if you retrieve the account from debeer, I will personally get your account permabanned, even with ID sent in, the account will be gone for good and you will loose your paypal dispute against debeer.

Just a friendly heads up.
 
you know i use to be like that gbs lol wow is really a mental drug if u truly look at it, we as players are playing this game for the best gear and we spend so much time in a virtual world just to lose it all one day by a hacker/scammer or we sell it for real money. Tell you the truth i am so happy i finally got away from this game lol i say for you jeremy i understand you sold your acct with the dk on it, and yes u had alts on it.. tell you the truth run from this game while you can real life is soo much better then this game. I let it ruin my life for 3 years and im finally done lol. But sry for ranting on your post lol.. Debeer is a good guy maybe he will work with u on this we will see

in our aim conversation i asked you a question about your post and then i said we would have to wait until debeer190 comes on and see what he says. then you said something similar to "no theres nothing to see, you traded so NO!!!" im pretty sure that is what you call ignorant. maybe debeer190 has a heart unlike you and will give some of my alts to me.
 
jeremy i would just drop it with kc yes its wrong he said that but keeping it up will make it worst trust me on this lol yes he was outta line but in a way you made a sale to debeer yes it was for the dk but u gotta see the logic u sold your whole acct and everything if u really wanted them alts u should have removed them off the acct at the time of the sale.. lets just wait on debeer he might be nice about it but as i said u sold the whole acct even though it was for the dk it include all items on acct.

If you didnt sell the WHOLE account, than what did you sell? If you didnt sell the alts to him on the account, WHY are they still ON the ACCOUNT he paid $150 for?
