Transaction is complete per normal but buyer left me a bad feedback, if they want to have all oo info they've ask me first if I can provide or not, at least you can remove this feedback for me since everything is delivered from my end.

I also did contact OO but buyer said ok to wait on the chat and now they left me bad feedback because I don't buy their account back, maybe they don't like it and looking to resell? Thanks for looking into this.

Honestly I find it laughable you are even trying to dispute this, you were given multiple opportunities to reveal to me that the email was unchangeable but honestly I should have seen the signs early on when you told me to change it myself. Which I found quite odd and I did not question it because I saw your reviews. Regardless nothing will change I hope whenever you check your reviews you will be reminded of your dishonesty and to better with your buyers onwards.
 
Point is I only responded to confirm this sale did take place and I will not be removing this feedback. Even if you wanted to amend the situation the account has already been resold to someone that knows the situation at a price I'm not proud of because I wanted to remove that account and the sale that occurred from my memory. Your dishonesty kept me up at night and made my week terrible the only way to appease it was to sell it at a terrible price cause that account reminded me of your existence, you are a terrible seller.

I already told you I’d contact the original owner, and you agreed to wait. Yet not even a day later, you went ahead and left negative feedback. I had already given you all the information via messages, but instead of being patient, you chose to escalate things for no reason.


For Hoyoverse accounts, email changeability is never guaranteed immediately. The Outlook email I gave you was already changed from the original owner, and newer changes can take time, sometimes even months.

What’s frustrating is that you completely ignored what I said about contacting the original owner for further assistance. I was actively trying to help you.

But after this behavior, constantly arguing and disregarding my effort, I’m no longer interested in helping you further with this account.
 
Incompetent seller doesn’t even ask for receipts like it’s not a given. Even the first person I spoke with asked for receipts. You just aren’t a very good seller. I also have no interest in continuing any further conversation with this terrible seller.
