How to recover a Banned/Locked account advice?

I have a account that got banned a long time ago at the beginning of Burning Crusade for powerleveling, the powerleveler was probably exploiting or somthing im sure. I tried to recover the account a long time ago and now just recently attached the account to a battle.net account with the same full name of the account etc.

I emailed the Blizz account admins, A day or two after the automated email you get I got this. . .

"Greetings, Thank you for contacting the Account Administration Department. Once an account is closed it can no longer be accessed, it is effectively "frozen in time". As such, any characters, items, names, gold, or CD Keys are no longer available for modification, movement, or deletion. Any names associated with this account are also no longer available on this realm as well. These actions have been taken in accordance to our Terms of Use

And expect No further communication on this matter worries me

I got an account locked in BC for a similar reason, and when i would go to talk on the phone even they would not even speak about it even if it was "hacked"

. So i usually have tips for unlocking accounts but like my one account i think you may be in the same peril.

usually if its been that long you can lie about it.

ive had many acounts locked/perm banned. recently i put all the characters on my main account.

usually my lies are "i was on a cruise for 2 weeks and just got back/i paying my friend back for paying for my epic flying mount training" depending on what you were banned for

You should call them instead of emailing them. Explain the situation and come up with a good lie. You won't get anything done via email but it is possible to get get it unbanned via phone if you know what to say.

im pretty sure you cant unban accounts over the phone. unless something has changed.

They elevate it to a specialist who looks into the account to make sure nothing dodgy was going on and you were just keylogged.
