How does Skrill deal with chargebacks?

Has anyone had any experience with disputes or chargebacks on Skrill?

If someone sends me money and blocks his card, will the money disappear like it does in Paypal?
Can a buyer open a dispute, saying that I did not send him the goods or something like that?
 
Yes a buyer can open a dispute saying that he never receive anything. This is the main problem of digital selling. If i remember correctly Skrill will not remove the money like PayPal, but the money will be freezed until the end of the dispute.

The proceeding, like Skrills FAQ says, is:

Once the chargeback is received, Skrill will dispute it for you. We have a limited time-frame in which we can submit a dispute and receive a reversal from the bank. The dispute of a chargeback should be submitted promptly after you receive the notification. The time window is different depending on the card type and processing institution.
It’s important to submit back your delivery proof such as tracking numbers, copies of post receipts, digital confirmations that items purchased from you have been delivered to the customer as quickly as possible. Please follow instructions you receive in the chargeback alert email and send back as much data as possible to help us represent the chargeback for you.
A chargeback can be received even after you issue a refund for a transaction. The refund is usually sufficient to object the chargeback in such cases. Still, we advise you not to leave chargeback notification emails unaddressed.
You will receive confirmation when the objection is submitted.


In any case, to win a dispute, the secret is make everytime screenshots, registrations ecc during the negotiation. And of course, have the data of the seller/buyer.
