How do I notify somebody who has not been active for 2 years

So I want to buy an account that's for sell and tried to contact them a few time's but got no response
they haven't been active since Aug 16, 2019.
I really want to buy it but sending chat's and commenting on there post won't work
so how do I let them know that I REALLY REALLY want to buy there account.

Hey @Tigerglory,

It could of been a number of reasons why the seller is not active. Quite simply..., the seller probably listed here and tried on other platforms as well, so the account could of already been sold or traded, (hence the inactive listing and why the seller is no longer here). Sometimes sellers that don’t get interest after a while, leave the platform and decide to keep their account. While it’s hard to know for sure what acutely took place, if the seller does not leave a means of communication aside from what was posted, there’s not much we can do here, sorry.
