How do I do a chargeback on Paypal?

Ok, so I bought an account from someone on here. Well the guy recalled it and its been about a week or 2. My Paypal payment came from my debit card. Is it too late to chargeback? Can I get in trouble doing it? He did scam me but what will Paypal do?

Chargeback can only be done trough if you paid with a credit card.

You will need to dispute the payment in order to try to receive your funds.

Click on the transaction and scroll down and click on open a dispute, I suggest disputing for good non received, since it is digital goods they guy has no proof he sent you the items at all.

Make up your story ( what you purchased ect.. ) and call paypal, explaim em the situation.

In a few days you will be able to escalate this to a claim, calling paypal cant hurt either. and from there is just waiting till they resolve the issue.
