How do I dispute a report or report a mod?

I was chatting with a certain mod who after I replied with "Sorry, I didnt reply because I didnt like your tone." Replied with "n-word stfu lmao" and then blocked me. I was gonna buy an account from them then decided not to. Now apparently they reported me for something because I was trying to buy something from someone and then they blocked me because I had a report from said mod.

Click their username to open their profile page and click the "Report" button in the top right or click the report button in the chat.

Actually, nevermind I cant seem to find it.

There doesnt seem to be a report button on their page. At least not from what ive clicked.
