This thread is done as the items have been sold. In hindsight I wish I had not posted my skype for the world to see and would appreciate it if a mod could remove my skype id from that thread posting.

Couldn't figure out how to post a link since I don't have enough posts. =(
Clearly the website name needs to be entered in before the / for that address to work.
