Hello i wanted to buy a Black Desert Account from "mysticsanctum"

I did pay him upfront since he has higher rep than me.
I paid him at 18:05 CET - after paying him he said he'll take a photo of his ID and then sent all the information at once.
Its 23:12 CET now and he still comes at me with wait half an hour and i did wait a few times always leading into waiting again with no real information.
He didnt Pay me Back or give me any information.
