Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I bought a CSGO account about a year ago and it was recovered after about two months of me playing on it. I just shrugged it off, but recently I found out that he was banned for scamming and I wanted my money back. This is my attempt to get the money I lost back.

He blocked me after so I have no chat log of this happening
