What is the dispute about?
As the start of our conversation he said me his feedback in Epicnpc to prove his reliable (https://www.epicnpc.com/members/zenitsu.901252/#feedbackLeftForX), and after he receive all account detail he refuse to reply thought discord. No PAYMENT has been make. when I try to contact him thought EPICNPC chat messagner, here is his reply 'huh? i didn't even buy an account from you stop spamming ' . Currently I lost control to my Genshin and he refuse to pay.

You should have contacted him before making a deal on discord. thats discord nitro it can be used to impersonate someone elses discord

Currently he contact me though discord said he just too busy, he require me to delete the thread then he make the payment.
Befair i am lost what to do now, is that another scam or I am too panic before.

Bro im so sorry for your loss im not the one who you transaction with that one is a scammer pretending to be me be vigilant nxt time you can saw the flaws on his chat and the name he using have special character and why not pm me first here on epicnpc or discord before making a deal to confirm it was me, im so sorry man i hope you can recover your account

I am new to this society and 100% not vigilant enough. As I saw the dicord tag are same as your page.
I guess my best way is try to recover my account if possible.
By the way will be great if you add me in discord so I know is 2 different person.

You can ask around on r/GenshinHacked on Reddit for average wait times on support responses, the best ways people have found to contact support depending on certain regions, and what information you’ll need to prepare for them. (There’s a lot of information you’ll need to have ready.)

There’s a whole form that people have copied and pasted around in preparation that will save you a few days of waiting in the initial ticket exchanges because that form has all the questions they will ask you initially anyway about lost/stolen accounts. The scammer will not have the vast majority of that information (no matter how much they stalk this thread) and Mihoyo will not recover accounts unless all of the information on the form is specific and accurate.

I’ve heard of some successes on retrieving accounts, particularly big accounts like yours, so don’t delay in sorting this out.
