Other information: According to the discord dm's, He is the original owner and was planning to sell a chargeback account, as mihoyo has delays in inbetween chargeback request and account bans

What is the dispute about?
He has claimed that he has original ownership, that he has played on the account since the start (implying no one else has had ownership or payment) and he sold me an account that has approximately 300$ in charge-backed, premium currency
I would either like a refund for the initial payment I sent on paypal and/or the money to cover the negative premium currency balance
Other details / notes:
I went first in the payment, because he seemed trustworthy given his reputation on Epicnpc
He also mentioned that he another offer for 600$ but was willing to part with an offer of my 450$ because he didn't want to "wait"

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
