Friend blackmailing me, threatening to spam on my thread and leave negative feedback

A friend of mine (Haganz) recently found out that I am doing an account selling business. So, he took this opportunity to blackmail me, threatening to spam my thread and leave negative feedback daily. He has already posted a bogus comment in one of my threads, this comment was promptly removed and infracted by one of the admins. Now, he has left negative feedback because I refused to do his homework for him. Please, could you help me remove this negative feedback and permanently ban his IP, as he has told me that he will continue creating new accounts to leave negative feedback on mine.

P.S.

He is now demanding an OCE account and threatens to continue leaving bad reviews and negative feedback if I do not agree.

PM'd you. There are a few parts of the convo where he removed his message. These parts say something like:

"Ask your supplier for OCE accounts"
"You have 24 hours"
"I will post negative rep every day til you do"
