Have a buyer whos bought from me 3 seperate times. One of those times he reported a problem, made the feedback negative but after speaking with him, and resolving the issue (as you can see below), he said he was unable to figure out how to change to positive.
After speaking with him, a cuople of times he was still unable to figure it out - spoke to epicnpc on the matter. And now im making this post finally.

I'm actually trying to change this to a positive and cant figure out how to do it. This guys is 100% legit and we had a misunderstanding he took 2-3 days out of his own time each day to help get the deal back in order. I am now in the Process of buying a mage from him. I would use this guy 100% anytime!! Amazing service
I do not recall the users skype/discord after this long. But as you can see he clearly made a post claiming as i said!
