False negative feedback

Hi,

I’d like to report an issue regarding a negative feedback I received. The customer actually did get the raccoon gift from me, and I even told him to come back to receive the 2nd one. Instead, he claimed it was duped (even though I sent it properly) and started threatening me with negative feedback.

His proof doesn’t even show the raccoon, so it’s not valid. I’ve always delivered what I promise, and I feel this negative review is unfair. Could you please take a look and remove it if possible?

The buyer did receive the first pet. I asked him multiple times to come back so I could deliver the 2nd pet, but instead he claimed the pet was duped (which is not true), started threatening me with negative feedback, and then blocked me.



So the issue isn’t about payment or delivery the proof clearly shows both were done. The problem is that after getting the first pet, he made a false claim and left misleading negative feedback without allowing me to complete the second delivery.



I’ve always delivered what I promise, and I feel this feedback is unfair. I kindly ask that it be reviewed and removed.

Im sorry, but it looks like the transaction was done without Trade Guardian, so we can't review it.
