False Negative Feedback

Good afternoon, I was left a negative fake review. Sorry for posting so late because I didn't know that a review could be disputed. So, I did not sell anything to this person at all. In the review, he says that he sent money to PayPal [email protected] - but I have nothing to do with this email address. In my defense, I will say that the address ([email protected]) was repeatedly used in the reviews of other sellers, all the evidence will be below.

The feedback is over a year old so it cant be removed if they dont respond

It seemed to me that good evidence was enough. "Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true".
