He paid recurring subscription for a discounts and other benefits.
After this he paid for services itself, and it was fully provided with stream and other things as promised.
After a month he realised he forgot to cancel subscription and was charged again.
And instead of asking for a solution from us, he just filled a chargeback dispute with us on PayPal
So because of our sub, he saved 31.5 usd in total, and paid less, as you can see from screenshots below. But now he decided to charge back money for a sub, its typical scammer move, good thing main order was paid as F+F in paypal and he cant charge back it too. From screenshots below you can see that he filled 2 cases against us, trying to charge back both subscription payments.
so now he trying to scam us for 31.5 usd he saved when paid less because of membership
Such rude move ofcourse not welcome and we blacklisted him from our services and posted proofs in paypal case about this, after this he posted negative feedback with many lies inside, detailed below:
"These guys are very unprofessional. They take an extreme time to answer back and are very rude. They had me buy a subscription to use their service and didn't even using them for a month but was still charged. When I tired to get the money back for a service I ended up not even using they tried to tell me I was a scammer. ALSO, DO NOT JOIN THEIR DISCORD. It is running ramped with scammers trying to sell cheats/hacks to other people in the discord (I have screenshots). I informed their staff of this and got no reply so I assume they don't care. I suggest just using someone else's services."
1. These guys are very unprofessional. They take an extreme time to answer back and are very rude. - not true, as you can see from screenshots below, full conversation with him posted. Answers always was correct and in time, and we was not very nice with him only in the end, in exchange for his unexpected PayPal claim and chargeback
2. They had me buy a subscription to use their service and didn't even using them for a month but was still charged - not true, as you can see from conversation, it was his decigion to buy a sub, and his decigion/mistake if he did not cancel it
3. When I tired to get the money back for a service I ended up not even using - not true, it was not a service but a sub, to get other future services 10% cheaper, he did not ask us for a refund/solution and went directly to paypal. And it was his decigion to buy a sub, and his decigion/mistake if he did not cancel it
4. It is running ramped with scammers trying to sell cheats/hacks to other people in the discord (I have screenshots). I informed their staff of this and got no reply so I assume they don't care. - not true, it was only one day issue when spam bots joined in our offline hours. We changed discord server settings and after that this issue did not repeat. Also from screenshots below you can see that we answered and was aware of that temporary issue
