I agree however I believe they’re ducking this situation. I had success with communicating to him via discord and he said he was going to get me the recovery info to assist pyro, but it’s been a week since he’s replied and I’ve checked in multiple days and he’s no longer replying here either. Him refunding / not refunding me shouldn’t determine whether or not this feedback should be on my page. If anything, close this thread and reopen the dispute as that is where the issue exists currently.
 
The guy has gone ghost. It’s evident he has something to do with it after admitting to falsely claiming ownership (whether that’s true or not.) I can’t be held responsible for that when I advertised it correctly. That’s a risk a buyer takes in the virtual market. I don’t offer refunds on accounts I don’t create.

I did not change or get the account banned. I have no access to the account anymore and I don’t want to be involved in this any further. Simp technically has done nothing wrong because he never claimed ownership of the account so if anything goes wrong with the account he is not responsible. I don’t know what happened to the account as I’m getting ghosted as well but it was my fault to false advertise.

??? How am I responsible for a recovered account that I’m not the original owner of. If I’m not being reimbursed then why am I supposed to refund him? That means I’m out $500.
The only way I’m going to refund sushi is if either A) when my Ironamn account sells, or B) I give him $10-$25 a month until $250 is met but I still get to use the trade market. If I’m either A) put under a warning, or B) no trading allowed, I’m not refunding him. I’m clearly innocent here after this dude magically loses an account 6 months after access.

and also, we don’t truly know if the account was recovered. Pyro had access to see it was “banned.” Up until I told him I’m no longer assisting him because he story changed so much. He claims I had access to the account which I debunked by showing video proof their is no way I could change any login info on the account without having access to his email. I can’t be held responsible for an account out of possession, that I didn’t create that got banned 6 months after sale. Rethink your hasty decision after forgetting the entire last 2 weeks of this thread.

To save us time because I’m not going round and round with you either, if you’re going to deny any of the above solutions / suggestions, just ban me.
