I never really cared that I had a negative feedback, but now that I am trying to start up a shop, it is messing with me. The user that left the feedback was https://www.epicnpc.com/members/724555-SadFacex3. He has since been banned for fake feedback, but I still have a -1 rep from him. If you need further proof, it might be hard to find, but I'm sure I have it somewhere.

Here is the case summary :
1/ Tcarrr asked for feedback removal. The feedback have been given by a banned member
2/ Tcarrr provided the chats printscreen
3/ I removed the feedback as the buyer is banned for fake feedback and the conversations printscreens were enought to believe the seller.
4/ Tcarrr reached me by PM for TwC removal. I did some more background check.

5/ I asked Tcarrr to provide the end of the conversation, but he continue to say it's the last message.
