What is the dispute about?
He wanted to make sure he got paid which is norm. I sent the payment but PayPal flagged it as a fraudulent transaction. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and allowed it to go through for 85.00 which is the price he agreed to. He kept telling me that I had to click something on PayPal which made me really uncomfortable. Which is to say that I recieved the product and I'd have to deal with the seller if I had problems. He gave me the Facebook access and I logged in. After I made sure that it was the account he was advertising. I was as going to secure it by changing the password. He had already done it. I asked him multiple times to give the info to me and not change the password but he refused to citing that he uses it. Apparently it was a gamers account or something because all it had were game pictures etc. There was no personal information to hinder this transaction to say the least. After he stopped communicating, I continued to ask him for the account and citing that due to security issues I can't allow him to keep the Facebook account and he should clean it out asap. Sure enough, he sold the account to someone here.

He destroyed the account and is now harassing me. He wants his money back and has destroyed the game account.
I clearly told him that game login details will be given and after that, he can make the payment. So how can you accuse me of scamming you?
I am willing to refund if he gives my account in the condition he took.

Yeah which means you shouldn't have access to it. Apparently you kept the credentials like I've been telling everyone. You do not keep the account info. You sell the whole thing and not just access to it.

No because you don't own the account anymore. I disputed this on PayPal already. Now you deal with whatever condition of your account that you gave people access to.

If I don't own the account then how I scammed you.
You are contradicting your own statements.
Why did you dispute against me on Paypal then?

Meaning if you sold it to me correctly. How would you know what happened to the account? Also since you sold it to someone else... how would you know if I did it or someone else? I dont have the password so if I didnt do it. The person who has the password is ultimately responsible for the account.

Again, keeping the Facebook account means you never gave me total control of the account hence not my responsibility. That is my dispute. If I had the password and total control none of this would happen. I never got the account. You gave me access to it but not complete control of it. If I never got the complete product, why would you keep my money?

I know (How would you know what happened to the account ) because you mailed me about that.
You are really messed up.Your statements contradict each other.
First, make up your mind what you want to say:LOL:

How are you sure I did that? I threatened you because first of all why is someone else logging into what I paid for account? You have the password. You have control. I HAD ACCESS.

You refused to give me a way to secure the account. So I never got the complete product. You were supposed to give a complete product. I never agreed for access. You refused me. I have our emails to prove it.

Now the account being messed up is on you. Who has the password who in turn could have to given it to some random people and could have done what you are accusing me of.

It's a matter of what you can prove. Show me proof that I did it. I can show you proof that you refused to give me the Facebook account that was tied to the account.

Now if you want to deal with semantics, I did write you that I was going to do it. And why. Show the emails. Because an unsecured account is hardly my responsibility.
