Member homebake gave me a 1 star review

according to the rules, only if the transaction were made can someone post a review. We never finalized the transaction and no payment was involved. Very rude person!

Heya, so Infact konamaru had set up a trade guardian and gave confirmation that he was going to be buying my account listed, I had gone and paid out of pocket ($50) for game time for him, and then all of a sudden after spending my own money and setting everything up him including all of the information being changed he just stopped responding and was nowhere to be seen, that is classified as time wasting, and also out of pocket from that so I felt that that was fair feedback.

As soon as it came down to the next steps in the trade guardian after selecting he wanted a mm, he just kept reading the messages and not replying, hence why I asked if he was wasting my time, I don't see how I was rude at all, I feel that it is fair, I understand that no transaction has been made, but being out of pocket for that was a little frustrating

Okay well nobody asked you to pay $50 for a game time and I don't know why you paid $50 when the game time is $15.

Again, nobody asked you to change anything or pay anything "including information being changed" I don't know what the hell that even means and how that's relevant. That's on you.

Bottom line is, no transaction were made and no payment were involved.

Also, on the original advertisement the user already claims the account includes 30 day game time so I don't know what world he lives in, in which he had to pay additional $50 for a game time that nobody asked for that was already in the advertisement.

Why setup a transaction and make it out as if you were going to purchase it if you truly had no intention of doing so?

Majority of the selling platforms have reputation as a buyer and a seller, even Facebook marketplace for instance..

Any other seller would have done the same thing as I have done.

It is reputation that is the result of what you have done, nothing I had posted was of bad nature of dishonest, it is all a result of what has happened

I was going to buy but I changed my mind. If he bought anything as a result or change anything as a result (when I did not asked or request for it) that's on him.

Seems like he is giving me a one star review because I wasted his time because I happen to change my mind about the purchase! That's also on him.

No, you are a liar. You were the one who set up the TG that I did not asked for.

but all if this is IRRELEVANT since according to the rules payment must of been made for the review to be justified.

I did not make any payment for this transaction and simply changed my mind and walked away. He got triggered because of it and is now claiming to have spend $50 for a $15 membership that was already included within the advertisement that NOBODY ASKED FOR.

I don't spend as much time here as you do and I got other things to worry about. I'll visit here and there but even then its rare.

Just a heads up, it does show when you are active and inside of the chat as there is a little chat bubble that appears, so I know that that is a lie

I mean sure, I didn't dispute it, I'm happy to change it to a 5 star or for an admin to remove it, but the reasoning as to why I posted the review was valid, it may be against the rules, sure I didn't know remove it happy days, but the reasoning still stays.

Members are free to back out of a deal at any point up until money or an item is sent.

Konamaru did not ask you to add gametime to the account so that would not be considered part of the transaction.
