On July 18, I paid $1090 for 1-40 leveling. On August 8th he provided his last leveling update which was 27. I went out of the country for a few weeks on August 15th and told him that. I returned on September 6th and asked for an update. He didn't reply until September 14th- he told me I could log on the account and play for a few days because he was on vacation but I didn't want to risk the account getting banned so I did not do so. On September 19th he messaged me that he was resuming work so I asked him to keep me updated. Not a peep was heard from him so I messaged him on October 2nd asking for an update. The next day he replied to me that he was having rl issues and would not be able to level my account any longer and that he would pay me back after he had money from his real job.
At first I agreed to this but when I logged on the account, I noticed it was still level 27 which was the August 8th update. He basically hadn't done any work in two months. Level 27 is like $150-250 worth of work. Even on his thread you can see that he charges $139 for 1-25. Because I paid with my Paypal business account and didn't want to risk getting it closed because of a chargeback, I asked him to refund me $650 immediately, which is far less than what he actually owed me otherwise my gf would be calling the CC company (her card was used) to file a dispute for $840. Those messages were sent on October 5th-7th. He said he would search for buyers for his wow and steam accounts. On October 27th the CC dispute was filed because I still had yet to see a penny.
On Nov 7 he messaged me asking to change my $840 chargeback to $650 or cancel and he would pay me back $200 a month. I say no thanks to that since he has proven himself to be an untrustworthy person to me. He also has money to spend on wow gold judging from his new buying post but not to refund me. Also $840 is what I'm actually owed, and I feel even that is being generous.
