I discussed beforehand with the seller...
We then proceeded on epicnpc, created a discussion and invited a middleman (Useeds) whom I paid.

Then the seller asked me to pay 60 usdt, which I did (I paid 62 usdt instead since that was what I had on my account), but not having specified that the shipping costs were 15 usdt, we had a dispute. Indeed, the seller lives in Russia and because of the restrictions it was difficult for me to know that I had to pay so much (knowing that he didn't specify it and that there were already a few problems leading to confusion, he was wrong when he told me about btc first and then contradicted himself,...)
I pay him again 17 usdt thinking that the shipping cost is a percentage... It was in fact 15 usdt for each shipment, so at that time he had received 47 usdt from the first payment and a little more than 1 usdt from the second... I sent a third time this time 30 usdt (always a little more than the amount requested) and he received 15 usdt more, that is to say approximately 63 usdt in total and for me approximately 106.83 euros spent for an account that I had to pay 60 approximately...
At the last payment, he said he didn't receive anything... we waited and I ended up sending the proof of my payments (the coinbase statement of my shipments) on the chat to Useeds and the exchange was finally accepted. At this point, the exchange had been going on for several hours so Useeds had gone to sleep. I got a little stressed since I wasn't getting the info, and it was the next day that I finally received the codes.

Playing on steam and having bought an origin / ea account, I had to re-download the game on this platform, so I go to work by downloading the game and in the evening, I try to connect to the account. I first encounter connection problems (the password that Useeds gave me does not work) so I ask for a password reset and I finally manage to connect.
The problem is that before launching the game, I see that there is no success on the account... I start to doubt, launch the game and find a blank account.
The seller says that he is not responsible for this problem and that he gave the account as it should be to Useeds, I wanted to check the level of the account on a tracker site (to see if the account I bought existed at least and so I could start researching) but the seller doesn't remember the EA id of the account.

So I ended up paying more for an account than I should have, only to find it was blank.

It's important to know that the seller also insisted the same evening after the sale (when I didn't have the account yet) to get his account back and that I paid him 20 euros in ethereum against another account (this one: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/⚡-p...i-octane-butterfly-knife-heirloom-fa.2458803/) that he was selling at the beginning 100 euros
I did not accept this exchange since the account was not even in my possession yet (the one I had just bought)

Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? No, he is not (in the drive you have the screen)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? mail and password, no phone or double authentification needed (that's what he said). By the way, Useeds took care of the account and change the email and the password of this one
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? I'm not sure that it is recalled, but if so, then just after the transaction I guess
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

useeds checked the account, i screenshared, it was the same account
useeds changed email, password and now you told me its 1 lvl account...

it's amazing how two-faced this person is, in discord he calls me "bro, please, help" and all that, but here he describes as if I just scammed him, while offering him a better account with an additional payment, simply because there was another buyer who wanted to pay more, but he it pits against me, okay two-faced.
also please check transaction chat, otherwise he accuses that I did not receive the last money right away, explain to this person how transactions work in crypto and that fee transaction IS HIS PROBLEM, not mine

Also, about "EA ID that seller do not remember", it was random nickname that i changed right after i recored a video, how the **** i can remember? its not my only account
 
Hello Maloi, I've opened this dispute on the advice of Useeds. I am not accusing you especially, I have as much suspicion about you as about Useeds (as about a scam or a mistake on his part).
 
@useeds checked the account in chat and confirmed with dodo3174 about the account being correct. Useeds made a new email for the account after confirmation. Payment issues arose after this in which a dispute was almost opened, but ended up being resolved in TG chat with payment being successfully delivered to the seller.


Useeds then gave account info to buyer Dodo. Dodo claims there is nothing on the account.

@Maloi37373737 you're the original owner correct?
 
I would like to add that the account still have mastery level 29 for gun and so themes on it, when I login the first time on it, I've started a training and the fatline still had a pretty good skin... it's like if the account have been unlink or something like that

@Maloi37373737 you listed yourself as the original owner in the sales thread. This falls under false advertising and a 100% refund must be issued.
refund of what? i gave the account to useeds, i screenshared to him on discord, it was the same account, then useeds changed email/password, then gave it to buyer, you know what funny is? the buyers said:

You were not the original owner.

This is the default ruling for any dispute involving false advertisement. The account being "correct" is irrelevant. The buyer would have the right to request a refund regardless of whether the account is correct or not.

Once we establish the account was sold under false advertisement, the dispute isn't investigated further.

so @dodo3174 , let me get this straight, when you logged in initially, you still saw the correct account, right?
 
no, when I logged in the account had nothing on it, just the level 28 weapon mastery (which is very little but shows an activity of some games). The account was blank and level 1, when I launched a training I noticed that the flatline (a weapon of the game) had the skin displayed on the video presenting the account, so I left the training saying to myself that the account had not loaded well but it was still not the case, the account was still blank, and when I returned to training I did not find the skin of the flatline (there was only the basic one).
I played until level 10 (level where you unlock more modes) thinking that the account should have a minimum level to unlock but still nothing...
 
Well I've log on it today and the skins appeared again in training

This honestly makes no sense, if account was recalled, there should be not able to login because EA would move everything from this email. They do not restart accounts.

Can you post an image with game start where i can see account name and stats?

From what buyer posted here i believe that he used Steam. Is very possible that he forget to bind his Steam account with EA or was sent the wrong Steam account in case you deliver them both.

@dodo3174 please deliver the account details to MM in private so he can check
