What is the dispute about? league of legends account

Approximate value of property: £ 250 ( paid 190£ so far, I am suppose to pay the other 60 soon )

Ian sold me a LoL account. The week after the trade i couldnt log in anymore, the password was changed. I logged onto my original account, because I had added the "bought" account with my original account, I saw it online. So I started speaking to him, he says that he is the actually owner of the account, and that he has not sold his account to Ian Condor, this means he has been hacked. He was able to recover his account because he said riot knows his ID and was in tournaments and things. So I trusted this "owner" because he was also trying to suggest what I can do. I haven't actually contacted Ian Condor about this issue on skype yet, because I am scared that he would ignore me, so I thought of opening a dispute first, and let him explain first.

Right now I do think he hacked this "seller"'s account, and is selling hacked accounts, this guy was able to recall his account because riot knew him well, therefore I do think I've been scammed.

I do have to say, he was friendly during the trading, but I can't believe he would be selling hacked accounts because his rating was so high.

Let me know if you need any more proof or info.

Nothing wrong so far, but like I said, I haven't complained to him yet, as it didnt seem to go down well with other victims.

If you need any specific proofs please contact me, this is my first time buying an account and the first time I've had problems. I have spent 200£ on this account and I would like to get money back or get some kind of deal.

Yeah im sure thats fine, like i said someone will be with you as soon as possable regarding the situation.
 
iancondor has been notified.

Due to the amounts of disputes against him both his pro seller status and verification have been revoked.

If you have screenshots of the chat with the owner of the account or ask him to come here to post that his account was stolen, I will ban iancondor for selling stolen accounts.
 
If iancondor doesn't refund you, you can then file a dispute against him, however please allow 24 hrs for iancondor to reply, it won't make a difference in the dispute.

Well, heres the email he got to allow him to recover his password, the email is from riot

It shows that he knew the original email, and was hacked because he didn't sell his account to Ian, this is further proof for Ian selling stolen accounts

Sorry about the delay, had an unplanned change in abode.
Hit me up when you're on Skype, this proves which and wherever I bought the account from has done what you said.
I wouldn't sit here and rip anyone or scam anyone, I do dedicate many hours into helping but the last 3-4 days have been hectic to say the least.

no offense i know im not suppose to post here if im not involved but WHY are we giving this guy benefit of doubt if he is breaking forum rules shouldnt this be for a instant perm ban?? hes had probbaly 10 scammers threads in a week

However I can't force people to leave feedback. If buyers want to accept a 2nd account and refuse to leave any sort of neutral feedback and are happy, Im not going to do anything.
 
how about if they want a refund and he doesnt give it?
THat's bad to EPICNPC site,becouse some buyers are telling on social sites that here are verified members that scam visitors:(
