So me and @xVicio had a deal for $110 for a Genshin Impact account yesterday. The buyer insisted on PayPal as the mode of payment even though I was a bit hesitant and asked him several times if bank transfer/wise or paying with a credit or debit card was possible, as seen in the screenshots below.

We ended up continuing with PayPal as the mode of payment and he sent me the funds. They were kept on hold by PayPal until the 27th of December (for a week). I was fine with that whatsoever, but then I received an email from PayPal saying that the funds will be kept on hold until January 9th, which is an absurd amount of time to wait to receive funds for a payment I made. I then talked to a few friends, as I'm not very experienced with PayPal and usually have friends receive the funds for me. Apparently, it is very easy for the buyer to get a refund on G&S payments, especially for digital goods. This made me raise my suspicion and I wondered why the Buyer didn't consider using any other payment method. So I decided to cancel the deal with him and refund the funds, then sell it to someone else who offered me more for the same account. I do not think the buyer is a scammer for sure, and things between us have been sorted out a little as most of it was caused by some miscommunication. I even offered him a free account worth $50 as compensation for all the time and effort he had expended. In this situation, I completely understand the buyer's frustration; however, given that the transaction did not complete, the feedback was unwarranted. I think the rest is pretty self-explanatory as we understood each other and ended up on good terms as shown in the screenshot below, but let me know if I can provide anything else!

I like to replay to this, as you can see the screenshots, i said to the seller "my country doesnt have paypal F&F due to some kind of law, and i did not know the process of the other payments, so, i insisted using paypal for my safety, he even has paypal as a form of payment on his post, also, after he offered a refund after i paid a few hrs earlier, i accepted and offered to pay on his form of payment so everything can go smoothly, then he proceds to cancel even with the transaction being complete, i even said i was gonna leave a bad feedback on this site, and he was OK with it

Hi, as you can see in the screenshots, he said the word "review," and I thought that he meant "comment," as in, like a post under the thread. He did not explicitly say "feedback," which caused my confusion. And that is precisely the reason why I reported the feedback and explained it to him the reason for it right away which he then understood.

Well i sent the money, i paid, you said you created the paypal account a few days earlier, after i sent the payment, did not know you had to wait to get it, i even got access to the account, then you offer a refund and i understand your situation cause you need the money and offer to pay in your payment option even when i have doubts, but then you cancel cause someone offered you more money, thats Just wrong, where is your word?

@stolas. You deserve the bad review. You took the money of @xVicio and you canceled the deal unilaterally because someone offered more money for the account. If you don't know about g&s you shouldn't accept the trade in the fist place. But you took the trade even when he told you g&s since the beginnning. @stolas. It's your fault for been a little bit greedy and waste the time of @xVicio when the money was already sended (even on hold). You just knew you did the things wrong and you offer him a "compensation". Someone that acts corrently doesn't offers "compensations" And yes, a lot of countries doesn't have F&f it's a little incredible that someone with 122 reviews "doesn't know" something so basic of paypal

Sorry to interrupt, but I don't believe you are a part of this conversation. Please stop messaging and making pointless posts. One should anticipate the administrator's review, choice, and response.
Furthermore, GNS typically does not hold if the seller has a history of selling, which they do based on their reviews. Therefore, I don't think this makes sense, particularly in this case; they are most likely knowledgeable about the subject and payment methods.

I can tell you care about it because you literally commented on a post that has nothing to do with you. You cannot even use the statement "Editing/wasting 2 weeks' account as guardian of Stolas" as a defense; although you call me out for being invested, you MADE your first comment, which made it clear that you are.
In light of what I'm observing, I can understand why you're even attempting to criticize me for leaving a comment on a post by an unrelated stranger, as this is simply your blatant stupidity. Being another "big" and "respectable" seller, you shouldn't have taken time out of your day to comment on something unrelated to you. This goes against logic and fundamental human decency. I will put an end to this discussion here and hope you won't make any more comments because you quite literally chimed in, then got surprised when someone else chimed in too due to obvious unfairness and ganging up on a single person. Payment was sent but I never received it, it said that the payment will be on hold until 9th January (3 weeks) and funnily enough even though I refunded the payment, 9th January was the date my PayPal account got Permanently banned.

Hi, as I stated above I was very new to PayPal and most of the times it was my friends receiving the funds for me as I personally did not have PayPal F&F as a viable option at that time.

But, even though my account was new, I have had several deals upto $80-90 via PayPal G&S only a few days after I created my account and in those transactions the funds were received instantly despite being G&S. I can also provide proof of that if staff asks for it. If I knew the payment would be on hold for 3 weeks then I would never have agreed to the deal in the first place.

Look at it from my perspective, I'm already thinking of cancelling the deal because it is undeniable that you first insisted on PayPal as the payment method. Then someone offers me 50% above the sale price so I believe that this new offer, which includes a higher price and immediate payment, is definitely a safer and more attractive option for me so I go for that and avoid dealing with you.
