What is the dispute about?
I purchased the account as mentioned through the middleman services above. Everything went fine as the middleman secured the account and switched the E-Mail over to mine. The person in question (PGeorge13), the original seller of the account waited until I switched my items over from the account I owned, to the account I purchaed (paid $100.00 USD), and then opened a support ticket with the game's site to get his account back. On September 26th, 2018, I attempted to contact PGeorge13 on both the Discord he provided me, and on the site itself. I have not received a response from him and when I opened a dispute with the Dead Frontier Staff to get the account back, they had told me that the "original owner" had already made a claim to get the account back.

I can provide screenshots of the TradeGuardian chatlog upon request, but I am sure moderators who are investigating have access to that. In the chat log you can see that the verified middleman verifies every step of the way, and confirms that the account was in my hands.

Refer back to the Discord chat log. Does not directly state that he is the original owner, but it is implied through his story that he is the original owner. Also claims that he has held the account for the long time as both "him and his brother" have been making forum posts on the in game forum.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
Provided me with background information as to why he was selling the account, and of course gave me a screenshot with one of the old E-Mails on the account. He also provided screenshots showing that the account had what he was offering in his original forum post.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
I held on to the account from August 20th, 2018, to September 26th, 2018. Approximately 1 month.
