that is not my fault. you can't accuse me of that if I WAS THE ONE that took the stuff away... I delivered everything like I promised, and as I mentioned 'you came to the black market, and used service that is not allowed by the riot games', so you should take some responsibility for your actions. I did everything that was promised to do !

Notify about WHAT?? You should know the ToS of the game you are playing. Do account sellers NOTIFY their buyers on every thread that 'account sharing is not allowed'?? do boosters 'notify' their customers on their threads 'that boosting is not allowed'?? NO, it's COMMON SENSE to know ToS of the game you are playing.

Sure, right? What a coincidence! Right? My account is locked, your account is also locked, then your gifting service post is also not opened for further replies. Then you ignored the pings until now. You clearly ignore that fact that your accounts were locked because of PAYMENT ISSUES and dump this on me because I did nothing instead of receiving the gift, from you, and then somehow got my account locked. Right? Well I don’t think you understand my concerns since you don’t care at all and just trying to dodge this bullet. If you was a decent person, you would reply to these pings in a timely manner, I woulda been nice to work this out with you. But I guess I gotta do this my way. I’ll wait for the Admin to step in. Video was provided showing the exploit, so that issue is resolved.

The seller is allowed to offer this service, but they must update the sale thread to state that an exploit is being used.

Since the buyer was unaware in this case a full refund must be issued.

If you can't agree to the refund amount, I will request a video from both of you showing the Paypal payments.

@Nick003 You were requested to give a full refund due to not disclosing important information to your buyer (that an exploit will be used). The admin has simply agreed that your method is allowed and was not due to doing chargebacks on the RP, however your threads must be updated to state that you are using an exploit to obtain the RP. Beings the chargeback has already been initiated through paypal simply agree to the refund through the chargeback, failure to do so will result in you being banned.

Do not take context out of the words. Using an exploit is not illegal. Using an exploit is only against a games ToS.

Which you then stated was illegal which is false. Illegal would be in the case if he was doing chargebacks on the RP which is not the case. He was doing an exploit which is not illegal it is simply against a games ToS.

Correct me if I am wrong, the only legal way to obtain RP is to use your card information or your PayPal, etc. to buy the RP?

There have been common ways of how to exploit most games. A common one that is buying using another countries currency due to it costing less for them. I’m not sure how it was used in this case as the admin was the one who investigated that.

Exactly. Mostly transfer to turkish / latin american / russian server, purchase RP and transfer back.

make a total win of 10-15% of the amount. but since the transfer is dead, the gifting section is really really low.

If a dispute on the payment was opened, it's only because a refund was not issued when the decision was made on Feb 23rd.

Today is the deadline for the refund. If he opened the dispute already, close it with a refund and the matter will be settled. A ban will be issued at the end of today if the refund is not provided and will remain until it's sent.
