First of all let me begin by saying, I did not filed any chargebacks, you get this message when you file a chargeback https://prnt.sc/102jsc1. And afterwards, you get asked by Riot games to repay the negative balance that was withdrawn in order for them to unlock the account (that is if chargeback is used directly on account that bought rp). And if you received gifts from account that chargedback-ed, you just get all the things that you received from that account removed. The lock that you've got (and the message from riot) is simply indicating a gifting service detection. And they are even asking you about details in order for them to locate a gifting service and try to completely shut it down.
Let me also note that 3RD PARTY GIFTING SERVICES ARE NOT ALLOWED BY RIOT GAMES, and are against their ToS just like every other thing on 'Black Market' place (account sharing/trading, boosting, using any 3rd party programs for game/client enhancement and so on..), so since you play the game you should be aware of the ToS of that game, therefore by using something that is NOT ALLOWED by the game, there is possibility for troubles in the future. And every buyer has to know that when buying things from black market that are not allowed by the company, and should accept the outcomes. You can't expect using 3rd party gifting service (that's not allowed) to be same as buying from official Riot's store.

That being said, I can't control decision of the Riot Games. Once they detect gifting service being used They are the ones that decide what they are going to do with your account, and in this case they decided to suspend the account, and there is nothing I can do about their decisions... I was just providing players with a cheaper loot items then the official company, so they don't have to spend too much money on skins and cosmetics that they wanted. And as I stated before, you can't come to black market place, use service that is against ToS and expect full safety, like you would by purchasing directly from the Riot's store. I don't use carding, I am using method that is as safe as it can get... but that simply means that there is nothing that could 'trigger' the ban out of nowhere by the riot system. And I am also using same exploit for instant gifting like every other gifting service on the market, which is NOT DETECTABLE but not allowed either, which should be perfectly clear. BUT if there is situation where Riot somehow get's notified about 3rd party gifting service being used, for example, If someone decides to report you for using 3rd party gifting service or reports accounts that I used for gifting after receiving gifts from me, there is literally nothing I can do do about it as I stated multiple times above, it's simply not allowed by the Riot.

You sent me the gift. Then I am the victim here. i am affected because you sent the gift using your account. I didn’t ask you to load RP on my account. If that was the case, then your picture makes sense. Read what they sent me in the post.

Your RP source is legit? You send gift from only two accounts. One is lvl 30 and the other is 16. You didn’t file chargeback but the only reason I got locked out because the account sent gift to me got locked too for “PAYMENT ISSUES”

I didn't make you purchase from me, you know that? you had a choice whether or not you are going to use 3rd party gifting service. No. Until after I confronted the seller. I was not told. Also if you check his post about gifting service, there is no where says that this is abusing a glitch.

The video is still be required to confirm the exploit he says he used is real.

Just so you have some information about what happened to my account and me:
1. At this point, if the seller doesn't want to issue the refund, I basically lost $700.
2. After talking to Riot, it was unlocked and I can use it again.
3. So after gaining access to the account, ALL OF THE ITEMS (SKINS, LITTLE LEGENDS...) WERE REVERSED. This means that I don't get to keep anything, which I did not think I would.
4. I am willing to privately provide you with the conversation between the Riot team and me. That is not to mention the items that were originally on the account were also removed and I am now going through so much inconvenience just to get them back.

Video was provided showing the exploit, so that issue is resolved.

The seller is allowed to offer this service, but they must update the sale thread to state that an exploit is being used.

Since the buyer was unaware in this case a full refund must be issued.

If you can't agree to the refund amount, I will request a video from both of you showing the Paypal payments.

I can provide the full payment info, and the conversation between me and the seller. The only reason I did not upload the full payment amount is because I took the screenshots from the conversation between me and the seller. I did not provide a picture of the second transaction ($200) but I did notify the seller that the money was sent. I can also provide the conversation between me and Riot to prove that I don't get to keep anything that I got from the gifting.

Ok so the decision came from the 3rd person, in my opinion is the best way to solve this issue. You exploit a bug in the game, and don’t notify your buyers, like the Admin said. Tell me it’s not chargeback. I was notified that your accounts, were suspended for PAYMENT ISSUES. Tell me that is not chargeback. Tell me something else can be payment related in this case. And for you to say that I did not mention a refund anywhere previously, or whatever that meant, my intention to file this dispute is to get my money back, not expose you. I don’t have time for that. Riot is the one that did it and I have NO CONTROL over it whatsoever, and if u gonna accuse me again about chargeback, I repeat PROOF HAS BEEN PROVIDED and CONFIRMED by the administrator.
