What is the dispute about?
I bought WoW TBC account from @GiiOFRANPAD. I changed all passwords on site, never logged in game.
3 days later I found buyer for this account, logged in and found its banned for "abuse of the economy". Gold selling related ban.
I wrote to the seller, asked if he sold gold to anyone, he said he transferred it to his own alt and now both of his accounts are banned.
I buy many accounts almost each day and these bans are very rare (1 of 100-200 purchases). But always linked to actions of previous owners.
At first he agreed to give me replacement, but after 6 weeks I still got nothing. Today he said I can start dispute because he feels harassed with the fact I ask about date of replacement, which he never can provide.
I was about to start dispute on paypal, but found that he accepted payment on paypal of other epicnpc user @rekmanks. I Bought accounts from him too and never had problems, but if I dispute payment now - innocent guy will pay for GiiOFRANPAD actions. Feels bad.
